1⃣Al Quran : Aey Imaan walon jab Jumaa ke din namaz ke liye azaan di jaye to Allah ke zikr ki taraf jaldi se aa jao aur kharid wa farokht (business) chhodh do, tumhare liye yahi baat behtar hai agar tum ilm (Islamic Knowledge) rakhte ho.

2⃣  Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alalhi Wasallam Ne farmaya tumharey tamam dino mein Jumaa ka din sabse afzal hai ki is din Hazarat Aadam Alalhi salam ko paida kiya gaya aur usi din unki Rooh qabz ki gayee aur isi din Soor phunka jayega aur isi din sab behosh hongey isliye is roz (Juma ko) mujh par ziyada se ziyada durud bheja karo kyunki tumhara durud Padhna mujh par pesh kiya jata hai, logon ne kaha ya Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alalhi Wasallam Hamara Durud Padhna Aap par kis tarah se pesh hoga jabki Aap to Mitti ho gaye hongey? To Aap Sallallahu Alalhi Wasallam ne farmaya Allah ta'ala ne Anbiya Karam (Prophets) ke Jism (Body) ko Mititi par haram kar diya hai.

3⃣Hazrat Abu Hurairah radiAllahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool'Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya jab Jumaa ka din aata hai to farishtey Masjid ke darwazey par aaney walon ka naam likhtey hain sabse pahley aane wala oont (camel)🐪 ki qurbani dene waley ki tarah likha jata hai, uskey baad aaney wala gaay (cow) 🐄ki Qurbani deney waley ki tarah phir maindey (sheep)🐑 ki Qurbani ka sawab milta hai, uskey baad murgi🐓 (chicken) ka, uskey baad andey (egg) ka lekin jab imam (khutba dene ke liye) bahar aa jata hai to ye farishtey apney daftar band kar dete hain aur khutba sunney mein mashgul ho jatey hain.

4⃣Hazrat Salman Farsi radiAllahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool'Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya jisney Jumaa ke din ghusal kiya aur khub paki hasil ki aur Tel (oil) ya khushbu istemal ki phir jumaa ke liye chala aur Do aadmiyon ke beech mein (Saff) na ghusa aur jitni uski kismat mein thi Namaz padhi phir jab Imam bahar aaya aur khutba shuru kiya to khamosh ho gaya, uskey is Jumaa se guzrey (past) Jumaa tak ke tamam gunaah bakhsh diye jayengey.

5⃣Hazrat Ibn Abbas radiAllahu Anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool'Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne farmaya ye din (Jumaa ) Eid ka din hai jo Allah ne musalmano ko ata farmaya hai, isliye jo Jumaa ke liye aaye to ghusal kar le aur khushbu mil jaye to laga le aur tum par miswak bhi hai.

6⃣Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar radiAllahu Anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool'Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne apney minbar par se irshaad farmaya Logon ko Namaz Jumaa tark karney (Chhodh deney) se baaz rahna chahiye nahi to Allah ta'ala unkey Dilon par Muhar laga dega phir wo Ghafeeleen mein ho jayengey.

7⃣Hazrat Anas bin Malik radiAllahu Anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool'Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya jo shaksh mujh par ek martaba Durood bhejega to Allah Subhanahu us par 10 martaba rahmat bhejega aur uskey 10 gunaah maaf hongey aur 10 darajaat buland hongey.

✨BIWI (WIFE) KE HUQOOQ✨

1⃣- Bhale tareeqe ke saath aurat se nibaah kare jaisa ki Allah ne huqm diya

wa-aa-siru-hunna bil-maaroof

” aur un(aurton) ke saath dastoor ke mutabik nibaah kiya karo”

yani jab khana khaaye use khilaaye, kapda pahne to use pahnaaye, uski nafarmani ka khatra mahsoos kare to Allah ke huqm ke mutabik samjhaaye, agar kaha maan le to theek hai warna bistar ki judaai ikhtiyaar kare, agar is chot se theek ho jaaye to theek warna Mamooli chot aur chetawni(warning) de aur uska khoon na bahaaye aur na maar kutaayi karke use zakhmi kare aur nahi uske jism ka koi hissa tode,na chehre pe mare.

rasoollullah(sws) se ek shakhs ne poocha biwi ke shauhar par kya huqooq hain? Aap ne farmaya:

” jab khana khaaye to use khila, libaas pahne use pahna, uske muh par na maar aur bura na kah aur baatcheet tark kare to shirf ghar ki hadd tak”

2⃣- biwi ko zaroori deen ke ahkaam sikaayen agar wah nahi jaanti ya use ijazat de ki wah majalis ilm me shareek ho aur ilm haasil kare isliye ki aurat ko apne deen aur ruh ki islaah ki usse zyada zaroorat hai jitni use khaane aur peene ki zaroorat hai, Allah farmata hai

ya-ai-yuhal-lazeena aa-manu quwa-anfusakum wa-ah-liyakum naaran

“aiy emaan walon! Apne aapko aur ghar walon ko aag se bachaao”

aur isliye bhi ki rasoollullah (sws) ne farmaya:

“suno! Aurton ke baare me acchi nasihat kubool karo wah Tumhare paas paband ho chuki hain”

Allah ka irshaad hai

al-rijaalu qawa-moona ala an-nisa

” mard aurton par zimme daar hai”

aur Rasoollullah ne farmaya:

” mard apne ghar par jimmedar hain aur unki jimmedari ke baare me unse poocha jaayega”

agar do ya do se zyada biwiyan hain to unke beech insaaf kare..

Allah ka irshad hai

fa-inna khifa-tum al-la ta-dilu fa-wa-hida tan aw-wama malakat ay-ma-nukum

” agar tumhe khatra hai ki insaaf na kar sakoge to ek hi se nikaah karo ya jo tumhari milkiyat me hai”

apni biwi ka koi raaz na khole aur na hi uske aib ko khole isliye ki wah uska ameen hai aur uski hifazat aur bachaao ka use huqm diya gaya hai

nabi e paak ka farmaan hai:

” Allah ke nazdeek us insaan ka maqaam qiyamat ke din badtareen hoga jo apni biwi ki raaz ki baatein dusro se karta raha hai”

✒Biwi k aur b kayi huqooq h, in sha Allah hum doosre post me dekhenge.
Lekin ek baat yaad rakhein,
Miya Biwi ka rishta huqooq se kayi upar h..
Ye rishta ahsaanaat  ka rishta h. Ek doosre pe bina koi laalach aur faaide, badle  (return) k sath ahsaan karte rahein, iski barkat se aapki dunia b sawar jayegi aur aakhirat b, in sha Allah.

✨SHAWHAR KE HUQOOQ✨

1- Allah ki nafarmani ke elawa aurat mard ki har baat me uski farmabardari kare

Allah ka irshaad hai:

fa-inna a-ta-nakum fa-la tab-ghu alai-hinna sabeela

trans: “agar wah tumhara kaha maan le toh phir un par koi raasta na talaash karo”

rasoollullah(sws) ka farmaan hai:

” jab mard apni aurat ko apne bistar par bulaaye aur wah na jaaye aur wah naraaz raat guzaar de to farishte us aurat par subah tak laanat karte rahte hain”

Aur farmaya

” agar main kisi ko huqm karta ki wah kisi ko sazda kare to aurat ko hukm karta ki apne mard ko sazda kare”

2- shauhar ke maal wa daulat, izzat wa aabru aur ghar ke saare maamle me uski hifazat karda bane

aur rasoollullah (sws) ne farmaya hai

” aurat apne shauhar ke ghar aur uski awlaad ki Hifazat wali hai”

3- shawhar ke ghar me rahe, uski izazat wa marzi Ke bina baahar na nikle, apni nazar neechi rakhe , unchi aawaz se baat na kare, buraayi se apne haath roke aur zabaan ko gandi baaton se bachaaye, rishte daaron ke saath ehsaan me wahi mamla rakhe jo uska shauhar ikhteyaar kiye hue hai, isliye ki jo aurat mard ke maa baap aur qarabat daaron ke saath acchi nahi hai wah shauhar ke liye acchi kahan hui??

Allah ka irshaad hai:

wa-qarna fi-buyu-tikunna wa-la tabar-rajna tabar-ruja al-jahiliyati al-oola

“aur apne gharon me thahri raho aur jahiliyat ki tarah baanao singaar na karna”

aur farmaya

fa-la takh-zaa-na bi-al-qauli fayat-ma-aa al-lazi fi-qal-bihi mara-zun

” aur baton me narmi na karna jiske dil me bimari hai wah lalak karega”

aur farmaya

“aur momina aurton se kahiye ki apni aankhe jhuka kar rakhen aur apni sharmgaahon ki hifazat karen aur apni singaar ka dikhaawa na karen, ya yah ki jo khud se zaahir ho jaaye”

aur rasoollullah ne Farmaya

” acchi auraton me wah aurat hai jab usko dekhe to tujhe khush kare, use hukam kare to poora kare aur jab usse ghayab ho to apne nafs aur tere maal ki hifazat kare”

Ek kaazi (Judge) the Khurasan (Northeast of Persia) se unhe apne bete ka Nikah karna tha to unhone ek insaan se Mashwara aur salaah li jo ki Majusi (Zoroastrian) Mazhab ka maanne wala tha.

Us aadmi ne kaha ki sab tumhare paas aate hai faisla sunne ke liye aur aap mere paas aaye ho salaah lene ke liye. Kaazi ne kaha ki aap meri madad kijiye. Toh us Insaan ne kaha

1) Humara Baadshah "Khosrau" (Kisra) Paise ko chunte hai nikah karne ke waqt yaani ki "Maaldaar Aurat".

2) Nasaara (Christians) Baadshah "Qaiser" khoobsurti ko chunte hai

3) Islam aane se pehle ke Arabs (Pre-Islamic Arabs) Hasab, Nasab aur Haisiyat (Ancestry and Status) ko chunte hai

4) Aur aapke ke Nabi "Mohammed" (Sallallaahu alaiwasallam) ne kaha ki Nikah karo jo apne deen (Islam religion) me mazboot ho

👉🏽Ye post thoda bada aur lengthy h uske liye maazrat chahte. Post ko hisso me divide karna munaasib nahi aur is aag ki tarah phailti hui buraai ko samajhna aur use rokna tab hi mumkin ho sakta jab  k iske taaluq se  jhoote daleelon ka parda faash ho.❗

✨EID-E- MILAD KI BIDAT✨

DEFINITION:

Aa'da/Eid(Arabic)= Baar baar lautna (ana);

Mawlid/Milad (Arabic)= Paidayish ka Din;


Eid-e-Milad:- YauM-e-Wiladat ki Khushi.


👉🏽EID ka Manana
IslaM Me SHARIYAT ka HISSA hai.

Jaisa ki allah ka farman hai


"HuM(Allah) ne,
tuM Me se har ek(UMMat) keliye
ALAG SHARIYAT aur KushadahRAAH-e-AMAL
banayi hai.

Allah ne IBADAT(Nek AaMal)
MUQARRAR kar diya hai.


"HuMne Har ek UMMat keliye EKRAAH(AhkaM-e-Shariyat)MUQARRAR kar di hai aur unhe ISI par chalna hai"

IslaM Me "SIRF DO" Eidein hain.


Nabi(SAW) {Sahaba(RA)se}:
"TuMne DAUR-e-JAHILIYAT Me
Khel-kood aur KHUSHI Manane ke liye
Do Din Muqarrar kiye hue the.
Allah ne in Jahiliyat ke Tehwaaron(festival) ke badle Me tuMhare liye
DO BEHTAREEN din Muqarrar kiye hain,
YauM ad-Duha aur YauM al-Fitr "

Allah ka Deen MUKAMMAL ho chuka hai.
Ab 'WAHY' ka silsila KhatM ho gaya.

-Kahin aur se ya
-Kisi aur se
ab haMare liye Deen NAHI aa sakta.

"Aaj Maine tuMhare liye,
tuMhara Deen "MukaMMal" kar diya"

Nabi(SAW)ne
MukaMMal taur pe Allah ke Deen ko Tafseel se bayan farMaya hai,

"Aur isi tarah HuM,
Ayaton ko Tafseel se bayan kartehain,
taaki woh HAQQ ki taraf Rujoo'karein"

Allah ke is Deen ko BEHTAREEN aur MUKAMMAL taur par

"SaMajhne aur aMal Me laane wale,Sahaba(RA) the".


Allah ko Raazi karna hai to Allah ke Deen ko,
jaise Sahaba(RA)ne saMjha
waise saMajhna hoga


"Allah in Sab[Sahaba(RA)] se RAAZI ho gaya
aur woh Sab Us se Raazi ho gaye,
aur Usne inke liye Jannatein tayyarfarMa rakhi hain"


(Tawba(9):100)📗


"Kya aap ne un logon ko Nahi dekha,
jo Allah ki Ayaton Me JHAGDA kartehain,
Wo kahan BHATKE jaa rahe hain?"

(Ghafir(40):69)📗


Ahle-Biddat, is Ayat[Yunus(10):58] se
Jashne Eid-Milad aur iske Ghalat RasooM
ka Jawaaz saabit karne ki koshish karte hain.


"FarMa dijiye!
Allah ke is Fazl aur 'RehMat' parlogo ko,
"Khush Hona Chahiye".

(Yunus(10):58)📗


Yahan 'RehMat' se Murad "Quran"hai,
-NA ki 'MuhaMMad(SAW)' ko Mukhatib kiya gaya hai aur

-NA Aap(SAW)ki 'Wiladat' ko aur

-NA hi Aap(SAW)ke 'YauM-e-Paidaaish' ko.
"Khush Hona" us kaifiyat ka naaM hai
jo Dil Me MEHSOOS ki jaati hai.


Ahle-IMaan ko kaha jaa raha hai ke QURAN,
Allah ka Khaas FAZL hai aur
Allah ki REHMAT hai.
Is par unko 'Khush HONA' chahiye.

📌Khushi(Jashn) MANAANE ko NAH Ikaha gaya.

Yahoodiyon ke Naqsh-e-KadaM parchalte hue,

Ahle-Biddat, apni 'BIDDAT ki hiMaayat' Me,
Allah ki kitaab(Quran) ka Maa'na ko badal kar, logon ko GUMRAAH kar rahe hain.


"(Aye MusalMano!)
Kya tuM yeh tawaqqu' rakhte ho,
ke woh(Yahoodi) tuM par yakeen karlenge?
In Me se ek Girohh ke log aise the,
ke Allah ka kalaaM(Torah) sunte,phir isey
'saMajhne ke baad, Khud BADALdete', halanke woh khoob jaante the
(ke Haqeeqat kya hai aur woh kyakar rahe hain)"

(Baqara(2):75)📗


Nabi(SAW): "TuM pehli uMMato ki
ek ek baalisht aur ek ek haath Ittebaa karoge,
yahan tak ke agar woh kisi Goh ke suraakh Me daakhil hue honge,
tuM 'us Me bhi UNKI Itteba karoge'.

Sahabi(RA): Kya is se Muraad'Yahood wa Nasaara hain?
Nabi(SAW): Haan, bilkul."

- IRAQ ke sheher MOSUL ka ilaaqaIRBIL ka Badshah,
"MALIK MUZAFFAR ABU SAYEED" ne sabse pehle,

"[Nabi(SAW)ki WAFAAT ke "614 saal BAAD",
Mutabik 625 Hijri Me],
'Eid Milad ki BIDDAT' ko aijaad diya.


Is se Pehle, zaMana is BIDDAT sepaak tha.
Malik Muzaffar,
Milad ki Mehfil Me, jis par


- 100 Ghode,
- 5,000 Bakriyon ka gosht,
- 10,000 Murgiyan,
- 30,000 Halwe ke pede
- 1,00,000 Pyaaliyan,
ka Dastar-Khwaan sajaaya aur
"NAACHNE GAANE wale SOOFIYON"ko bulaya aur
Soofiya ki 'Mehfil-e-SaMaa' Munaqid ki gayi,
jisMe Soofiyon ne ZOHAR se le kar agle Din FAJR tak,
Raat bhar NAACHA, KOODA, JHOOMA aur DHOL peeta.

apni Biddat ko 'Zinda rakhne ke liye',
Quran ko tak NAHI bakhsha.

Jashne Eid-Milad-un-Nabi(SAW) ki BIDDAT ko ZINDA rakhne ki NaakaM koshish karte hue,

"Surah Yunus(10):58"

ke alawa kai aur Qurani Aayaton ko bhi Ba-taur Saboot pesh kar, awaaM ko GUMRAH karte hain.


Chand Aayatein pesh hain:

# Surah al-Fath(48):28.


"Wohi hai,
jisne apne Rasool ko Hidayat aurDeen-e-Haqq ataa farMa kar bheja
taake isey taMaaM Adyan parghalib karde.
Aur Allah hi Gawaah kaafi hai."

"Jab Eisa(AS)ne kaha;
.......aur us Rasool ki basharat sunaane wala hun,
jo Mere baad tashreef laa rahehain, jinka naaM AHMAD hai.phir jab wo waazeh nishaaniyan le kar unke paas tashreef le aaye, to woh kehne lage,
'Yeh to khula Jadoo hai'."

MoMino ke liye nihayat Shafeeq, be-hadd ReheM farMane wale hain."

"Allah ka Ehsaan, ke Usne MusalMaano ke liye unhi Me se ek Rasool bheja."


# Surah al-Anbiya(21):107📗.

"Aur HuM(Allah) ne Aap[Nabi(SAW)]ko,
TaMaaM Jahaanon keliye RehMat bana kar bheja."

In Qur'ani Aayaton Me se, kisi EK Aayat Me bhi,
Pyare Nabi(SAW) ke "YauM-e-Paidaaish" ka zikr NAHIN hai.

Jab ZIKR hi NAHIN hai, phir to'JASHN Manaane' ki baat JAHAALAT hai.



Quran aur Allah ke Deen ko,
'Apne aur apne Bade/Buzurg/Maulviyon ke Zehnon' se SaMajhne ka Nateeja hai ke, JHOOTI Daleelein pesh karke, 'Allah, Rasool(SAW) aurSahaba(RA) par'
BOHTAN BANDHNA aur phir
Siraat-e-MustaqeeM se BHATAKjaana hai.


"Agar woh(log) WAISE IMaan laayein,
jaisa SAHABA(RA) ne IMaan laaya
to phir Waaqi'i HIDAYAT paajayenge."

(Baqara(2):137)📗


"Aur us se Badh kar ZAALIM kaunhoga,
jo ALLAH par Jhoota BOHTAAN baandhe"

(AnaaM(6):93)📗


Nabi(SAW)ne farMaya:
Jo shakhs Meri taraf aisi baat Mansoob kare,
jise Maine NAHIN kaha hai,
woh apna Thikana JAHANNUM Me bana le.

Nabi(SAW):
Agar tuM, apne bhai ke baare Me woh baat bayan karo,
jo us ke andar Maujood NA ho,
to goya tuMne us par BOHTAAN baandha.

TEHQEEQ karein!

"Aye IMaan walo!
Agar tuMhare paas koi Fasiq koi Khabar laaye,
to KHOOB TEHQEEQ kar liya karo.
Aisa na ho ke LAA-ILMI Me
tuM kisi QauM ko Nuqsaan pahunchao
aur phir apne kiye par Pachtaate reh jaao"

(Hujraat(49):6)📗


Kisne Aap ko EID MILAD ke JASHN ka hukM de diya?


"Unhone(Allah ko Chhod kar)
apne UleMa aur Zaahidon ko RABB bana liya hai"

Adiyy Ibn HatiM(RA), Nabi(SAW) se farmaya:-"Yahood-wa-Nasara ne to apneUleMa ki kabhi IBAADAT NAHI ki.Phir yeh kyon kaha gaya ke unhone apne UleMa ko RABB banaliya?
Nabi(SAW) ne kaha: 'Unke UleMa ne',
jis cheez ko Halaal qaraar diya, usko unhone Halaal,
Aur jis cheez ho HaraaM kar diya,usko HaraaM hi saMjha.
Yehi inki Ibaadat karna hai"

jo tuMhare Rabb ki taraf se utara gaya hai.
Aur BAATIL HAAKIMON aur DOSTON ke peeche MAT chalo.
TuM bahut KAM naseehat qabool karte ho.

Aur duniya Me 'AKSAR log' aise hain
agar aap inka kehna Maanne lagein,
to wo aapko Allah ki Raah se GUMRAAH kar denge.

FarMa dijiye!
Kya huM tuMhein aise logon se khabardaar kar dein,
jo aaMal ke hisaab se SAKHT KHASAARA paane wale hain?
Yeh woh log hain jinki SAARI Koshishein
Duniya ki zindagi Me hi BARBAAD ho gayi aur woh yeh KHAYAAL karte rahe ke,
'huM bade achche kaaM anjaaM de rahe hain'.

Mujh se pehle jitne bhi Anbiya(AS) guzre,
in par WAAJIB tha ke jo bhi Khair-wa-Bhalaai inke liye jaanta tha,
apni uMMat ki us taraf RehnuMaai kare
aur jo bhi Sharr inke liye jaanta tha,
unhe us par Mutanabba(Aagaah) kare.

Kya Nabi(SAW)ne,
woh taMaaM baatein uMMat ko NAHI batlaayi,
jin par uMMat ko aMal karna tha?

Maine,
Har woh cheez jo Jannat ki taraf LE JAANE wali hai,
aur har woh cheez jo JahannuM se DOOR karne wali hai,
BATLAA di hai.

Main tuMko aise Raaste(Deen)par chhod kar jaa raha hun,
jis ki Raat uske Din ki tarah ROSHAN hai.

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

shuro karta hoon Allah ke naam se jo bada meherbaan nihaayath rahem wala hai.

ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ

sab taarif Allah ta'ala ke liye hai jo tamaam jahaano ka paalne wala hai.

ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

bada meherbaan nihaayath rahem karne wala.

مَٰلِكِ يَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ

badhle ke din (yaani) qayaamath ka maalik.

إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ

hum sirf teri hee ibaadath karte hai aur sirf tuj hee se madad chaahte hai.

ٱهْدِنَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ

hamein sidhi (aur sacchi) raah dikha.


صِرَٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ ٱلْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا ٱلضَّآلِّينَ

un logo ki raah jin par tu ne in'aam kiya, un ki nahi jin par ghazab kiya gaya (yani wo log jinhone haq ko pehchaana magar us par amal paira nahi hoye) aur na gumraaho ki (yaani wo log jo jihaalath ke sabab raahe haq se bargashta ho gaye).

➡ LOGON KO NAMAZ JUMAA TARK KARNEY ( CHHODH DENEY ) SE BAAZ RAHNA CHAHIYE

 Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne apney minbar par se irshaad farmaya Logon ko Namaz jumaa tark karney (chhoDh deney) se baaz rahna chahiye nahi to Allah taala unkey Dilon par Muhar laga dega phir wo Ghafeeleen mein ho jayengey

💠 Sood ko arbi zuban me ‘Ribah’ kahte hai jiska lughwi maana (meaning) zyada hona, parwaan chadhna aur buland ki taraf jaana.

 Aur sharai istelah me ribah (sood) ki taareef ye hai ke kisi ko is shart ke sath raqam udhaar dena ke wapisi ke waqt wo kuch raqam zyada leega. Masalan kisi ko saal ya 6 mahine ke liye 100 rupya qarz de to usse ye shart karli ke wo 100 rupye ke 120 rupee lega, mohlat ke ewaz ye jo 20 rupee zyada liye gaye hai ye sood hai.


💠SOOD KI HURMAT(Prohibition)💠


⛔ALLAH TA’ALA KA FARMAAN HAI,

 “Aye imaan walo Allah se daroo aur jo sood logo ke paas baqi rah gaya hai agar imaan wale hai to use chor do, agar tumne aisa nahi kiya to Allah aur uske Rasool ki taraf se jang ke liye khabardaar hojao.

📚(Surah-al Baqara : 275)


⛔FARMAAN E BAARI HAI,

“Aye imaan walon ! Kayi guna badha kar sood na khaao, aur Allah se darte raho taaki tum falah paao aur us Aag se daroo jo kafir ke liye tayyar ki gayi hai aur Allah aur Rasool ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ki ita’at karo taaki tum par raham kia jaye.

⛔Hajjatul widaa ke mauqe par, jisme taqreeban saare sahaba e kiraam the, isme bhi qhususiyat ke saath aapne tijarty aur mubajani har tarah ke sood ki hurmat ka aelaan farmaya,

 “Sun lo ! Jahiliyat ki har cheez mere paao talee rondh di gayi, aur jahiliyat ka sood khatam kardiya gaya, aur hamare sood me se pehla sood jise mai qhatm kar raha
hoon wo Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib ka sood hai, ab ye saara sood qhatm hai.

⛔Hazrat Abdullah bin Hinzala r.a kehte hai ke Rasool ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne farmata:-

Sood ka ek dirham jise insaan jante bujhte khata hai, wo 36 martaba zina kaari se bhi bad’tar hai.

⛔Jabir r.a. kahte hai : Rasool ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne Farmaya:-

 Sood khane wale, aur use khilane wale, aur uske likhne wale, aur uski gawahi dene walo par laanat bheji hai, aur fir farmaya ke ye tamaam ke tamaam gunah me barabar ke shareek hai.

📚(Sahih Muslim: 895)


💠Is sahih Hadees se saaf zaheer hota k Sood Khane wala aur sood KHEELANE WALA dono barabar k gunahgaar hai aur sab par LANAT bheji hai.

Lekin phir bhe kuch log sood KHEELANE walo ko gunahgar nahe samajh te hai Afsoos hai un logo par jo sahih Hadees samne hone par bhe nahe mante.


⛔Abdullah bin Abbas kahte hai ke Rasool ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne farmaya:-

 “Jis gaaon me zina aur sood riwaaj paa gaya, to waha ke bashindon ne apne upar Allah ke azaab ko halaal karliya

💠SOOD BADHTA NAHI GHAT’TA HAI💠

💠Sood ko badhta aur parwaan chadhta samjhna, sood ki khaam Khiyali hai, jab ke Allah ta’al aur uske Rasool Muhammad ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne iske kam hone aur tabah wa barbaad hone ki peshan goyi farmayi hai.


⛔JAISA KE IRSHAAD E RABBANI HAI:-

 Allah sood ko ghatataa hai aur sadaqaat ko badhata hai aur Allah kisi nashukre (sood khor) gunahgaar dost nahi rakhta hai

 beshak jo log imaan laye hai aur amal e saleh kiye aur namaaz qayem ki, aur zakaat ada ki inka ajr inke rab ke paas sabit hai, aur in par na khauf taari hogi aur na inhe koi gam layeq hoga.

📚(Surah al Baqara : 276-277)


(محَقُ اﷲُ الرِّبَامحق) Yam haqullahur ribaa ki tafseer karte hue Abdulla  bin Abbas farmate hai (”محق“) (ghatana) ye hai ke Allah sood qhoor bande ka na haj qabool karta hai, na sadqa, na jihaad, aur na silah rehmi (ya’ani iski koi neeki qabool nahi hoty).

⛔Ibn  Masood se marwi hai ke Rasool ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne farmaya:-

 Jo shaks sood me boht zyada mubtila hota hai, uska anjaam kami par hi hoga.

⛔Dunya daar Insaan sood ko nafa baqsh aur zakaat ko maal me kami karne wala samjhta hai, jabke haqeeqat bilkul bar’aks hai, aise qam qhiyaal afraad ki hidayat ke liye sood ke muqable me Allah ne zakaat ka nizam pesh karte hue farmaya:-

 Ke maal ko badhana ho to ise Rab ki baargaah me zakaat aur sadqaat ki shakal me peesh karo aur agar tum log jo sood dete ho, taake logo ke amwaal me izafa ho jaye to wo Allah ke nazdeek nahi badhta aur tum log jo zakaat dete ho Allah ki raza hasil karne ke liye aise hy log ise kayi gunaa badhane wale hai.

Jab Unki Rukhsati Ka Waqt Aaya Toh Unki Maa "Umama Bint Harith" Ne Unko Tanhaayi Me Le Jaakar Bahut Hi Jaame Waasiyat Kiya Ji Is Laayeq Hai Ke Tamam Khwaateen Islaam Isko Dastoor Hayat Banaayen,

Kahti Hai,

"Beti ! Agar Fazeelat Adab Ke Khyaal Se Wasiyat Karni Chhodi Ja Sakti Hai Toh Tumhaare Liye Bhi Isko Chhodna Munaasib Hai,

Lekin Yaad Rakho! Waasiyat Ghafil Ke Liye Tanbiyah Aur Aaqil Ke Liye Madad Hai,

7-8- Uske Maal Ki Nigraani Aur Aal Wa Ayaal Ki Dekh Rekh Tumhari Zimmedari Hai, Maal Ke Maamle Me Asal Kaam Aamad Wa Kharch Ka Bahtar Meyaar Qayem Rakhna karna Hai, Aur Aal Wa Ayaal Ke Silsile Me Buniyaadi Cheez Ymdah Tadbeer Wa Intezaam Hai,

9-10- Tum Uski Nafarmani Na Karna aur Na Uske Raaz Ko Dusron Se Zaahir Karna, AGar Tum Uske Huqm Par Nahin Chalogi Toh Usko GhussE Se Bhadka dogi,

Aur Agar Uska Raaz Dusron Se Zaahir Karogi Toh Uske Be'wafa Ho Jaane Ka Darr Hai,

Ye Bhi Yaad Rakho ! Jab Wah Ghamgheen Ho Toh Uske Saamne Khush Hone Ya Wah Khush Ho toh Tum Ghamgheen Hone Se Parhez Karna "

SAFAR ME NAMAZEIN | by habib bhati

✨SAFAR ME NAMAZEIN✨

Safar mein Zohar, A’asr aur Isha ki 4‐4‐4 farz rakato’n ko 2‐2‐2 padhna Qasr (kam karna) kehlaata hai.
Fajar aur Maghrib mein Qasr nahi hai. Jo shaqs safar ke iraade se apne ghar se chale aur gaou’n ya saher ki abaadi se nikal jaae
to wo azroo e shariat musaafir hai. Aur apni farz namaz mein Qasar kar sakta hai. SAFAR me JUMA namaz farz nahi hain, Rasool Sal lal laaho alaihi wa sallam se aur sahaba ikraam se saabit h k safar me juma nahi.

🏁🚞🚊Safar Ki Musaafat:

Rasool Allah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαн нo αℓℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм  jab 3 meel ya 3 farsang ki musaafat par nikalte to namaz 2 rakatei’n padhte. (Muslim: 691) Is hadees mein raavi (T: narrator) hadees ne poori emandaari se kaam lete hue 3 meel ya 3 farsang kaha hai. Ya’ani raavi ko shak hai ke Aap s.a.w. 3 meel ki masaafat (T: distance) par Qasar karte the ya 3 farsang ( 9 meel) par. Pas musafir ko chaiey ke apne shaher ki hudood se nikalne ke baad agar manzil maqsood 9 meel ya is se ziyada musaafat par waqe ho to musaafir Qasar kar sakta hai.

Anas r.a. se riwayat hai: Rasool Allah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαн нo αℓℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм  ne madeena mein zohar ki namaz 4 rakatei’n padhei’n aur zul haleefa mein Asr ki namaz 2 rakatei’n padhei’n.

Zul Haleefa ek maqaam ka naam hai jo madeena munawwara se 6 meel ke faasle par hai. Nabi e Rahmat makka ke
liey rawana hue to zul haleefa paho’nch kar namaz e Asr ka waqt ho gaya. Pas Aap ne waha’n Asr mein Qasar karli.

Musafir Baghair Khauf Ke Qasar Kare:

Ya’ala bin Umaiyya r.a. se riwayat hai ke main ne Umar se poocha ke Allah Ta’ala to fermata hai:
‘Aur Jab Tum Safar Mein Ho Aur Agar Tumhei’n Kuffar Se Khauf Ho To Namaz Qasar Karlo Tum Par Koi Gunah Nahi.’

(Surah Nisa: 101)📕

Aaj ham aman mein hain namaz Qasar kyou’n karei’n? Umar ne farmaya: ke mujhe bhi yehi ta’ajjub hua jaise tumhei’n ta’ajub hua to main ne Rasool Allah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαн нo αℓℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм  se poocha to Aap ne farmaya ke ‘(Aman ki haalat mein Qasar ki ijaazat dena) Allah ka ehsaan hai ise qubool karo.’

Haaresa bin Wahab r.a. kehte hain ke Nabi e Kareem ne hamei’n mina mien Qasar namaz padhai halaa’nke ham ta’adaadmein ziyada aur halat e aman mein the.

Qasar Ki Had:

Agar koi musaafir ilaaqe mein mutardid thehre ke aaj jaou’nga ya kal, to namaz Qasar karta rahe. Quwah kaee mahine lag jaaei’n. Anas Abdul Malik bin Marwaan r.a. ke hamrah 2 maah (bahaisiyat mutardid musaafir) shaam (T: Syria) mein rahe aur namaz 2 rakatei’n padhte rahe.

Abu Hamza Nasar bin Imran r.a. se riwayat hai ke main ne Ibne Abbas se sawal kiya ke ham ghazwa ki gharz se khorasaan mein taweel qiyaam karte hain. Kya ham poori namaz padhei’n?
Aap ne farmaya: 2 rakatei’n hi padha karo, khuwah tumhei’n (kisi jaga mutardid musafir ki haisiyat se) 10 saal qiyaam karna pade.

Aur agar 19 din tak taherne ka iraada ho to namaz mein Qasar kare aur agar 19 roz se ziyaada taherne ka iraada ho to
phir namaz poori padhni chahiey.

Ibne Abbas r.a. riwayat karte hain ke Rasool Allah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαн нo αℓℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм  ne 1 safar kiya. Phir Aap 19 din tehre rahe aur 2‐2 rakatei’n namaz padhte rahe. Ibne Abbas ne farmaya: agar ham kisi manzil mein 19 din taherte hain to 2‐2 rakatei’n padhte hain aur jab is (19 din) se ziyada taherte hain to 4 rakat padhte hain.

✨Safar Mein Azan Aur Jamaat:

Maalik bin Haurees r.a. kehte hain ke 2 aadmi Aap ki khidmat mein haazir hue jo safar par jaa rahe the to Aap ne
farmaya ke: ‘Jab tum safar par jaao to namaz ka waqt ho jaae to azaan aur iqaamat kaho phir tum mein jo badaa ho wo imaamat karaae.’

Safar Mein 2 Namazei’n Jamaa Karna:

Ibne Abbas r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαн нo αℓℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм  dauraan e safar Zohar aur Asr ko ek‐kattha padhte aur maghrib aur isha ko jama karte the.

Jama Ki 2 Suratei’n: (T: Combining 2 Salah)

Jama Taqdeem: Yaani Zohar ke sath Asr aur Maghrib ke sath Isha ki namaz padhna.

Jama Taqhair: Yaani Asr ke sath Zohar aur Isha ke sath Maghrib ki namaz padhna.

Maaz bin Jabal r.a. se riwayat hai ke Ghazwa Tabuk ke mauqe par agar Rasool Allah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαн нo αℓℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм  suraj dhalne ke baad safar shuroo karte to Zohar aur Asr ko is waqt jama farmalete aur agar suraj dhalne se pehle safar shuroo karte to Zohar ko muaqqhar (T: used to offer Zohar late) karke Asr ke sath adaa farmate. Isi tarha agar suraj ghuroob hone ke baad safar shuroo karte to Maghrib aur Isha isi waqt padh lete aur agar Suraj ghuroob hone se pehle safar shuroo karte to muaqqhar karke Isha ke sath padhte.

Ibne Umar r.a.  riwayat karte hain ke ‘main ne Rasool Allah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαн нo αℓℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм  ko dekha jab Aap ko safar mein jaldi hoti to Maghrib ki namaz mein taqhair karte yaha’n tak ke Isha ka waqt daqhil ho jaata phir Aap Maghrib aur Isha ko ek‐kattha padhte.’

📜Safar Mein Sunnato’n Ka Bayan:

Abdullah bin Umar r.a. ne kaha: ‘Main Rasool Allah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαн нo αℓℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм  ke hamrah safar mein raha. Magar Aap ne 2 rakato’n se ziyada namaz na padhi yaha’n tak ke Allah Ta’ala ne Aap ki ruh qabz farmaali. Aur main Abu Bakr r.a., Umar Farooq r.a. aur Uthman e Ghani r.a.  ke hamrah safar mein raha, in sab ne safar mein 2 rakato’n se ziyada namaz nahi padhi. Aur Allah ne irshad farmaya hai ke Rasool Allah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαн нo αℓℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм  ki itteba hi tumhare liey behtar hai.’

Ibne Umar r.a. 2 rakatei’n (yaani namaz Qasar) padh kar apne bistar par chale jaate the. Hafs kehte hain main ne kaha Chacha Jaan! Agar is ke baad aap 2 rakatei’n (sunnat) padh liya karei’n to kya harj hai??
Farmaya: agar mujhe ye karna hota to (farz) namaz hi poori padh leta.

Safar me sirf Fajr ki do sunnate aur witr padhni chaiye aur koi sunnate nahi:

Ibn al-Qayyim farmate hai

“Ye RasoolAllah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ka amal tha ki ap safar me sirf fard namaze padhte the. Aur ye kahi bhi riwayat nahi kiya gaya hai ki RasoolAllah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм fard namaz ke pahle ya baad me sunnate padhte the siwae witr aur fajr ki do sunnato ke alawa, jo ki ap ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne kabhi nahi chhora chahe wo safar me hote ya nahi.”

" إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى يَقُولُ يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ تَفَرَّغْ لِعِبَادَتِي أَمْلأْ صَدْرَكَ غِنًى وَأَسُدَّ فَقْرَكَ وَإِلاَّ تَفْعَلْ مَلأْتُ يَدَيْكَ شُغْلاً وَلَمْ أَسُدَّ فَقْرَكَ "

“ Beyshak ALLAAH Taa’Laa Farmaata Hai :
Aye Ibn Aadam Tum Meyri I’baadat Mein MashghooL Ho Jaao Main Tumhaarey DiL Ko Ghinaa (Ameeri) Se Bhar Doonga Aur Muhtaaji (FaQeeri) Ko Door Kar Doonga.

Leykin Aisa Nahin Karogey Tou Tumhaarey Dono Haath MashghooL Raheingey (Ya’ni Tumhaarey Dono Haath Bhar Doonga Mahnat Mazdoori Mein) Aur Us Ke Baavajood Main Tumhaari Muhtaaji (Faqeeri) Door Nahin Karoonga.”

(2) => MAA-BAAP Ka Haq Apni Jaan Aur Biwi, Ladko Ke Haq Me Muqaddam Hai Aur Neakiyon Me Dakhil Hai.

(3) => Qadir Ho Kar Gunnah Se Bachna Aur Sirf Allah Ke Dar-wa-Khauf Se Shawat Ko Dabana Aur Khawash-e-Nafs Ko Mitana Behad Kamala Ki Baat Hai, Aur Allah Ko Nihayat Pasand Hai.

(4) => Haq Walon Ka Haq Adda Karna Raza-e-Elaahi Ka Umdaa Waseela Hai.

3. TAQWA (Piety)
"For Allah loves the righteous (the pious)." [Surah Al Tawbah 9:4]


4. IHSAN (Goodness & Perfection)

⭐Anas bin Malik Radiallahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne farmaya Koi bhi musalman jo ek darkht ka paudha(small tree) lagaye ya khet mein beej boye phir us sey parinada ya insaan ya janwar jo bhi khatey hain wo uski taraf se sadqa hai

⭐Abdullah bin Umar Radiallahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne farmaya Ek Aurat ko azab is wajah se hua kyunki usney ek billi ko itni der tak baandh kar rakha tha ki wo bhook se mar gayee aur wo Aurat isi wajah se Dozakh mein dakhil huyee. Rasoollallah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne faramaya  ki Allah taala ne us sey kaha tha { Aur allah hi jiyada janta hai }  ki jab tuney us Billi ko baand kar rakha us waqt na tuney usey kuch khilaya aur na kuch pilaya aur na usey chod ki wo zameen ke keedey makodey hi kha kar apna pet bhar leti.

 ⭐Abu Hurairah Radiallahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne farmaya ek shakhsh ja raha tha ki usey sakht piyas lagi usney ek kunwey mein utar kar paani peeya phir bahar aaya to dekha ki ek Kutta(dog) haanf  raha hai aur pyas ki wajah se keechad chaat raha hai usney (apney dil mein) kaha ki ye bhi is waqt aisey hi pyas mein mubtala hai jaisey abhi mujhe lagi huyee thi (wo phir se kunwey mein utra) apney jutey ko bhar kar usey apney daanto se pakdey huye upar aaya aur kuttey ko pani pilaya Allah taala ne uskey  is kaam ko qubul kiya aur uski maghfirat farmayee Sahaba ne arz kiya Ya Rasoollallah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм kya humein chopayo (animals) par bhi ajar milega Aap ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne farmaya har jaandar mein sawab hai.

Qayamat us waqt tak |by habib bhati

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu

** Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim **

Abu Hurairah Radhi Allahu Anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya Qayamat us waqt tak qayam na hogi jab tak Do Azeem jamatein jung na karegi in dono jamaton ke darmiyan badi khoon-rezi hogi halanki dono ka dawah ek hi hoga (yani ek hi mazhab ko maane wale honge) yahan tak ki bahut se chote dajjal bheje jayenge taqreeban 30 Dajjal unmein se har ek dawah karega ki wo ALLAH ka Rasool hai yahan tak ki ilm utha liya jayega aur zalzalon ki kasrat hogi aur zamana kareeb ho jayega aur fitne zahir ho jayenge aur harj bad jayega harj yani Qatl, yahan tak ki tumhare pass maal ki kasrat ho jayegi yahan tak ki parhizgar aur Sahab-e-maal ko ye fikr hone lag jayegi ki uska sadqa kaun qubul karega aur yahan tak ki wo (sadqa) pesh karega magar jiske samne pesh karega wo kahega ki mujhe iski jarurat nahi aur yahan tak ki log badi badi imaraton mein aapas mein fakhr karenge , ek se ek badkar imaratein banayengey, aur yahan tak ki ek shaksh dusre ki kabr par se guzrega aur kahega ki kaash main bhi isi jagah hota aur yahan tak ki suraj maghrib se nikal jayega , jaise ho wo (suraj) is tarah tulu hoga aur log dekh lenege to sab log Imaan le aaayenge lekin ye wo waqt hoga jab kisi aise shaksh ko iska imaan lana fayda na dega jo pahle se imaan na laya hoga aur usne apne imaan ke saath achchay kaam na kiye hon

Aur Qayamat achanak is tarah qayam ho jayegi ki do aadmiyon ne apne darmiyan kapda phaila rakha hoga ise abhi bech bhi na paaye honge aur na hi lappet paye honge , aur qayamat is tarah aa jayegi ki ek shaksh apni oontni ka doodh nikal kar wapas hua hoga aur abhi use pee bhi nahi paya hoga , aur qayamat is tarah qayam ho jayegi ki wo apne hauz ko durast kar raha hoga aur abhi usmein se paani bhi nahi pee sakega aur Qayamat is tarah qayam ho jayegi ki usne apna luqma munh ki taraf uthaya hoga aur abhi use khaya bhi nahi hoga.

Aur Qayamat achanak is tarah qayam ho jayegi ki do aadmiyon ne apne darmiyan kapda phaila rakha hoga ise abhi bech bhi na paaye honge aur na hi lappet paye honge , aur qayamat is tarah aa jayegi ki ek shaksh apni oontni ka doodh nikal kar wapas hua hoga aur abhi use pee bhi nahi paya hoga , aur qayamat is tarah qayam ho jayegi ki wo apne hauz ko durast kar raha hoga aur abhi usmein se paani bhi nahi pee sakega aur Qayamat is tarah qayam ho jayegi ki usne apna luqma munh ki taraf uthaya hoga aur abhi use khaya bhi nahi hoga.

Kitab o Sunnat | habib bhati

بِسْمِ اللّٰہِ الْرَحْمٰنِ الْرَحِیم ہ

Naam nihaad markazi jamiyat ahle-hadith sameet la-mazhab ghair muqallideen ke jumla firqon ke ulama aur ghair ulama se chand sawalat

(1) kitab w sunnat ki jin aayaat o riwayaat mein bazahir ta'aruz ho aur wo nusoos maloom-u-ttaqdeem wa-ttakheer (معلوم التقدیم والتاخیر) na hon, ya kisi lafz mein kai maana ka ehtemal ho to KYA kisi eak maana ya eak riwayat ko tarjeeh dekar us par amal kiya jayega?
Ya eak hi waqt me har riwayat aur har maana par amal kiya jayega?
Daleel me apna khayal ya aqwaal e rijaal pesh karne ke bajaye sareeh nass e Qurani ya sahih, sareeh, gaer ma'ariz hadith pesh karen.

(2) Kitab o Sunnat ki jin aayaat o riwayaat mein bazahir taaruz ho, aur wo nusoos maloom-uttaqdeem wa-takheer na hon, ya kisi lafz mein kai maana ka ehtemal ho to kisi eak maana ya eak riwayat ko tarjeeh kon dega? Nabi ya gaerr Nabi?
Daleel me apna khayal ya aqwaal e rijaal pesh karne ke bajaye sareeh nass e Qurani ya sahih, sareeh, gaer ma'ariz hadith pesh karen.

(3) Agar ghair Nabi, to wo tatbeeq o tarjeeh  (تطبیق و ترجیح) dene ka ahel hoga ya na-ahel?
Daleel me apna khayal ya aqwaal e rijaal pesh karne ke bajaye sareeh nass e Qurani ya sahih, sareeh, gaer ma'ariz hadith pesh karen.

(4) Kitab o sunnat ki aayaat o riwayaat se masaail e ghair mansoosa ka istanbat (استنباط) kon karega? Istanbat ki salahiyat rakhne wale ulul-amr aur Mujtahid? Ya na-ahel aur gaer Mujtahid?
Daleel me apna khayal ya aqwaal e rijaal pesh karne ke bajaye sareeh nass e Qurani ya sahih, sareeh, gaer ma'ariz hadith pesh karen.

(5) wo gaer Nabi jo Kitab-o-sunnat ki aayaat-o-riwayaat se masaail ka istanbat nahi kar sakta, ya nusoos-e-mutaariza mein tarjeeh ya tatbeeq dene ka ahel nahi,  wo Kitab-o-sunnat ke in masaail par kis tarah amal karega? Istanbat karne wale ulul-amr aur Mujtahid ki itaat aur taqleed karke?
Ya kam ilmi aur kam fahemi ke sath khud ijtehad karke?
Daleel me apna khayal ya aqwaal e rijaal pesh karne ke bajaye sareeh nass e Qurani ya sahih, sareeh, gaer ma'ariz hadith pesh karen.

(6) Kitab-o-sunnat ke darj bala istanbati aur ijtehadi masaail me فاسءلوا اهل الذكر par amal karte hue ulul-amr aur Mujtahid ki itaat aur itteba karne wala shakhs muqallid kehlayega ya gaer muqallid?
Daleel me apna khayal ya aqwaal e rijaal pesh karne ke bajaye sareeh nass e Qurani ya sahih, sareeh, gaer ma'ariz hadith pesh karen.

(7) masaaile ghair mansoosa ya riwayaate mutaariza mein kisi eak pahelu par ahle istanbat yani ulul-amr aur mujtahideen muttafiq ho jayen to unke is ijma aur ittefaq ko maanna lazim hoga ya nahi?
Daleel me apna khayal ya aqwaal e rijaal pesh karne ke bajaye sareeh nass e Qurani ya sahih, sareeh, gaer ma'ariz hadith pesh karen.

(8) Mujtahideen ke darj baala gaer mutanaza aur ijmayi ijtehad ko maanna taqleedan mumkin hoga ya gaer muqallid bankar?
Daleel me apna khayal ya aqwaal e rijaal pesh karne ke bajaye sareeh nass e Qurani ya sahih, sareeh, gaer ma'ariz hadith pesh karen.

(9) Hanafi, Maliki, Shafai,  aur Hanbali nisbat, masla BANANE ki nisbat hai ya Kitab-o-sunnat ke mutabiq masla BATAANE ki nisbata hai? istanbati masaail par amal karne wala shakhs, in masaail par amal karne ki bunyad par agar apni nisbat, Mustanbit, Mujtahid, Faqeeh, Ahle-zikr aur Imam ki taraf lagaye aur apne apko Hanafi, Maliki, Shafai ya Hanbali kehe to ye jayez hai ya najaez aur shirk?
Daleel me apna khayal ya aqwaal e rijaal pesh karne ke bajaye sareeh nass e Qurani ya sahih, sareeh, gaer ma'ariz hadith pesh karen.

(10) kya ulul-amr ke ijmayi masaail ka inkar karne wala shakhs, Quran ki aayat " وَمَن یُّشَاقِقِ الرَّسُولَ مِن بَعدِ مَا تَبَیَّنَ لَہُ الہُدٰی وَ یَتَّبِع غَیرَ سَبِیلِ الموْمِنِینَ نُوَلِّہ مَا تَوَلّیٰ وَ نُصلِہ جَہَنّم وَ سَآءَت مَصِیرًا " (سورہ نسآ ١١) ka misdaq, sabeelul  momineen se munharif, aur mustahiq fin-naar hoga ya nahi?
Daleel me apna khayal ya aqwaal e rijaal pesh karne ke bajaye sareeh nass e Qurani ya sahih, sareeh, gaer ma'ariz hadith pesh karen.                              !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


نام نہاد مرکزی جمعیت اہل حدیث الہند سمیت لا مذہب غیر مقلدین کے جملہ فرقوں کے علماءو غیر علماء سے چند سوالات

۱)     کتاب و سنت کی جن آیات و روایات میں بظاہر تعارض ہو،اور وہ نصوص معلوم التقدیم والتاخیر نہ ہوں یا کسی لفظ میں کئی معنٰی کا احتمال ہو،تو کیا کسی ایک معنٰی یا ایک روایت کو ترجیح دے کر اس پر عمل کیا جائے گا
یا
بیک وقت ہر روایت اور ہر معنٰی پر عمل پیرا ہونا پڑے گا؟
دلیل میں اپنا خیال یا اقوالِ رجال پیش کرنے کے بجائے صریح نص قرآنی یا صحیح صریح غیر معارض حدیث پیش کریں.

۲)        کتاب و سنت کی جن آیات و روایات میں بظاہر تعارض ہو،اور وہ نصوص معلوم التقدیم والتاخیر نہ ہوں یا کسی لفظ میں کئی معنٰی کا احتمال ہو،تو کسی ایک معنٰی یا ایک روایت کو ترجیح کون دےگا، نبی یا غیر نبی؟
دلیل میں اپنا خیال یا اقوالِ رجال پیش کرنے کے بجائے صریح نص قرآنی یا صحیح صریح غیر معارض حدیث پیش کریں.

۳)    اگر غیر نبی، تو وہ تطبیق و ترجیح دینے کا اہل ہوگا یا نا اہل؟
دلیل میں اپنا خیال یا اقوالِ رجال پیش کرنے کے بجائے صریح نص قرآنی یا صحیح صریح غیر معارض حدیث پیش کریں.

۴)     کتاب و سنت کی آیات و روایات سے مسائل غیر منصوصہ کا استنباط کون کرے گا؟استنباط کی صلاحیت رکھنے والے اولوالامر اور مجتہد یا نا اہل و غیر مجتھد؟
دلیل میں اپنا خیال یا اقوالِ رجال پیش کرنے کے بجائے صریح نص قرآنی یا صحیح صریح غیر معارض حدیث پیش کریں.

۵)     وہ غیر نبی جو کتاب و سنت کی آیات و روایات سے مسائل کا استنباط نہیں کر سکتا،  یا نصوصِ متعارضہ میں ترجیح و تطبیق دینے کا اہل نہیں، وہ کتاب و سنت کے اِن مسائل پر کس طرح عمل پیرا ہوگا؟ استنباط کرنے والے اولوالامر اور مجتہد کی اطاعت و تقلید کرکے
یا
کم علمی و کم فہمی سمیت خود اجتہادی کر کے؟ دلیل میں اپنا خیال یا اقوالِ رجال پیش کرنے کے بجائے صریح نص قرآنی یا صحیح صریح غیر معارض حدیث پیش کریں.

۶)     کتاب و سنت کے درج بالا استنباطی و اجتہادی مسائل میں فسئلوا اہل الذکر پر عمل کرتے ہوئے اولوالامر اور مجتہد کی اطاعت و اتباع کرنے والا شخص اصطلاحی اعتبار سے مقلد کہلائے گا یا غیر مقلد؟
دلیل میں اپنا خیال یا اقوالِ رجال پیش کرنے کے بجائے صریح نص قرآنی یا صحیح صریح غیر معارض حدیث پیش کریں.

۷)     مسائل غیر منصوصہ یا روایات غیر متعارضہ میں کسی ایک پہلو پر اہل استنباط یعنی اولوالامر اور مجتہدین متفق ہو جائیں تو ان کے اس اجماع اور اتفاق کو ماننا لازم ہوگا یا نہیں؟
دلیل میں اپنا خیال یا اقوالِ رجال پیش کرنے کے بجائے صریح نص قرآنی یا صحیح صریح غیر معارض حدیث پیش کریں.

۸)    مجتہدین کے درج بالا غیر متنازعہ اور اجماعی اجتہاد کو ماننا تقلیداً ممکن ہوگا یا غیر مقلد بن کر؟
دلیل میں اپنا خیال یا اقوالِ رجال پیش کرنے کے بجائے صریح نص قرآنی یا صحیح صریح غیر معارض حدیث پیش کریں.

۹)    حنفی،مالکی،شافعی اور حنبلی نسبت، مسئلہ بنانے کی نسبت ہے یا کتاب و سنت سے مسئلہ نکالنے کی نسبت ہے؟ استنباطی مسائل پر عمل کرنے والا شخص، ان مسائل پر عمل کرنے کی بنیاد پر، اگر اپنی نسبت، مستنبط،مجتہد ،فقیہ، اہل ذکر اور امام کی طرف لگائے اور اپنے آپ کو حنفی،مالکی، شافعی یا حنبلی کہلوائے تو یہ جائز ہے یا شرک؟
دلیل میں اپنا خیال یا اقوالِ رجال پیش کرنے کے بجائے صریح نص قرآنی یا صحیح صریح غیر معارض حدیث پیش کریں.

۱۰)     کیا اولو الامر کے اجماعی مسائل کا انکار کرنے والا شخص" وَمَنْ یُشَاقِقِ الرَّسُوْلَ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَیَّنَ لَہُ الْھُدٰی وَیَتَّبِعْ غَیْرَ سَبِیْلِ الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ نُوَلِّہ مَا تَوَلّٰی وَ نُصْلِہ جَہَنَّم ط وَسَآءَتْ مَصِیْراً " (سورہ نساء ۱۱) کا مصداق،سبیل المؤمنین سے منحرف اور مستحق فی النار و السقر ہوگا یا نہیں؟
دلیل میں اپنا خیال یا اقوالِ رجال پیش کرنے کے بجائے صریح نص قرآنی یا صحیح صریح غیر معارض حدیث پیش کریں.

WAAQEYA-E-KARBALA KI ASAL HAQIQAT ( TAREEKH KE AINE ME)

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

HZ HUSSAIN (RA) KA MADEENA CHHOD DENA: (PART 1)

Hz muawiya ra ki wafaat ke baad jab yazid rh khilafat ke takht par baithey, to yazid ki taraf se madina ke governor hz waleed bin utba rh ne hz hussain ra ko bulaakar yazid ki bait karne ko kaha to hz hussain ra ne farmaya:

“mujh jaisa shakhs posheeda bait nahi karta aur mere khyaal me tumhaare nazdeek meri khufiya(secret) bait kaafi na hogi jab tak ki ham use logon ke saamne elaania taur par na karen (waleed ne kaha) theek hai, hz hussain ra ne aage farmaya: jab tum sab logon se bait loge to hamen bhi logon ke saath bulaa lena, ek saath hi sab kaam ko jaayega”

waleed ne kaha:-” allah ka naam lekar jaiyye ! Aur logon ke saath hamaare paas aa jaiyyega”

dusre din saara din guzar jaane ke baad raat ko waleed ne hz hussain ra ko bulwaane ke liye aadmi bheje to hz hussain ra ne Unse kaha:-” subah ho lene do ! Phir dekha jaayega, tum bhi dekhna ham bhi jayeza lenge”

we waapas chaale gaye aur unhone zidd nahi kiya, lekin hz hussain ra usi raat ko madeene se makka chale gaye aur apne beton, bhaiyyon , bhatijon aur tamaam ghar walon ko bhi saath le liya, sirf unke bhai muhammad bin hanfiya rh ne na sirf saath jaane se inkaar kar diya balki khud hz hussain ra ko bhi is tarah ka qadam uthaane se rokne ki koshish ki, aur chhote hote hue bhi unhone is mauqe par apne bade bhai hz hussain ra ko nasihat ki

” bhai jaan! Aap mujhe logon me sabse zyada mahboob aur sabse zyada pasand hain, logon me aap se zyada koi haqdaar nahi hai jiske liye main bhalaiyyan jama karke rakhun (yani aapko apni bhalaiyon ,nasihaton ka sabse zyada haqdaar samjhta hun) aap apne saathiyon ko jahan tak mumkin ho yazid se aur shahron se door rakhen, phir apne qaasid logon ki taraf bhejen aur unhe apni khilaafat Ki daawat den, agar we aapki bait kar len to is par allah ka shukr karen aur agar log aapke siwa kisi aur par sahmat ho jaayen to isse allah aapke deen me koi kami nahi karega na aapki aqal me aur isse aapki murawwat khatm hogi, na aapki gurbat se mujhe khatra hai ki agar aapne kisi shaher me qayam kiya aur logon ka aapke paas aana jaana huwa to log aapas me bikhar jaayenge, kuch aapke saath aur kuch aapke khilaaf ho jaayenge, aur we aapas me ladenge to aap hi sab se pahle nishaana na ban jaayen”

hz hussain ra ne iske jawaab me yahi kaha:-” bhai! Main to apne (makka) jaane ke iraade par qaayen hun”

is par muhammad bin hanfiya rh ne kaha:-” phir aap makka hi me qayaam farmaayen, agar waha mahaul sahi ho to theek, warna aap waadion aur pahaadon ki chotiyon ko apna maskan banaayen aur ek shaher se dusre shaher jaakar jayeza lete rahen aur dekhen ki logon ka maamla kiya rukh akhtiyaar karta hai, uski Roshni me aap koi raaye qaayam farmaayen, yah raaye sahi bhi hogi aur us par amal, sabr,chaahta hai”

hz hussain ra ne farmaya:-” mere bhai ! Tumhari nasihat dardmand hai aur mujhe ummeed hai ki tumhari yah baat allah ki taraf se hai”

lekin iske ba wajood hz hussain ra ne apna iraada khatm nahi kiya aur makka muazzama tashrif le aaye

HZ HUSSAIN RA KA MAKKA ME THAHARNA AUR LOGON KI BHALAAI KE MASHWARE (PART 2)

kaha jaata hai ki hz hussain ra aur hz abdullah bin zubair ra dono jab yazid ki bait se bachne ke liye makka ja rahe they to ibne umar aur ibne abbas ra makka se waapas aa rahe they, ye dono hazrat hussain ra aur hz ibne zubair ra ko raaste me mile aur unhone unse unke madeena se makka aapne ki wajah poochi, to hz hussain ra aur ibne zubair ra ne batlaaya ki hz muawiya ra ki wafaat ho gayi hai aur yazid ki bait li jaa rahi hai, to hz ibne umar ra aur Aur ibne abbas ra ne un dono ko khitaab karke kaha:

“allah se daro ! Aur musalmano ki jamaat me foot mat daalo”

hafiz ibne kathir ne dono ke bayaan ko thode tafseel se bayaan kiya hai, wah bhi dekh lijiye, makke ke qayaam ke dauraan hz ibne abbar ra hz hussain ra ke paas aaye aur kaha:

” bhatije! Main sabr karne ki koshish karta hun lekin sabr nahi hota, mujhe tumhaare is rawaiyye se halaaqat ka andesha hai, iraaqi be wafa loga hai, unki wajah se dhokha mat khaao! Tum is waqt yahin thahro, yahan tak ki iraaqi apne dushman ko wahan se nikaal den, phir beshak tum waha chale jaana, warna tum yemen chale jaao, wahan qile aur ghaatiyan (yani panaah gaahen) hain aur wahan tumhaare baap ke himaayti bhi hai, tum logon se kat kar raho, unko likhdo aur apne elchi(doot) unke yahan bhej do, is tarah mujhe ummeed hai ki tum jo chaahte ho wah tumhe haasil ho jaaye”

hz hussain (ra) ne kaha:-” Ibne amm! Allah ki qasam! Main jaanta hun ki tum mere himaayti aur meharbaan ho, lekin maine (koofa) jaane ka pakka iraada kar liya hai”

hz ibne abbas ne kaha:-” agar tumhara jaana zaroori hai to apni aulaad aur apni aurton ko mat le jaao! Isliye ki allah ki qasam! Mujhe khatra hai ki tum isi tarah qatl na kar diye jaao jaise hz usmaan ra qatl kiye gaye aur unki aurtein aur unke bacche unko dekhte hi rah gaye”

hz abdullah bin umar ra ki baabat aata hai ki unke qayaam makka ke dauraan unhe hz hussain ra ke iraaq jaane ki khabar mili, to we 3 raaton ka safar taiy karke unse mile aur unse poocha ki aap ka kya iraada hai? Hz hussain ra ne farmaya:-” main iraq ja raha hun aur unke haathon me khat(letters) they, unki taraf ishaara karke unse kaha dekho! Ye unke khat aur unki taraf se bait ka ahad wa paimaana hai,

hz ibn umar ne kaha:-” aap unke paas na jaayen, hz hussain ra ne yah baat maanne se inkaar kar Diya, to hz ibne umar ne kaha, main aapko ek hadith sunaata hun:-” jibril (as) nabi(sws) ke paas aaye aur unhone aapko akhtiyaar diya ki aap duniya aur aakhirat mese jise chaahen pasand kar len, nabi(sws) ne duniya ke mukaable me aakhirat ko pasand farmaya”

“aur aap bhi rasoollullah sws ke lakht e jigar hain, allah ki qasam! Tum mese koi bhi duniya haasil karne me kabhi safal(kaamyaab) nahi hoga aur allah ne tum logon se duniya ko isse bahtar cheez ke liye fera hai,”

yah sab baatein sun kar bhi hz hussain ra ne wapas hone se inkaar kar diya, to hz ibne umar ra ne hz hussain ra ko apne seene se chimta liya aur rone lage aur farmane lage:-” qatl kiye jaane waale(future me) , main tumhe allah ke supurd karta hun”

hz abu saeed khudri ra ko jab yah baat malum hui ki hz hussain ra ke paas koofa walon ke khat aa rahe hain, to we hz hussain ra se mile aur unse kaha

” aiy abu abdullah! Main tumhara himayti aur tumhari baabat andeshe ka shikaar hun, mujhe yah baat pahunchi hai ki tumhare himaayti koofiyon ki taraf se tumhe khat (letter) aa rahe hain jin me we tumhe yazid ke muqaable me khade hone ki daawat de rahe hain (lekin meri nasihat yah hai ki) tum wahan mat jaana, isliye ki maine tumhare baap ko koofe me yah farmate suna hai:

” allah ki qasam ! Main un (kufiyon) se ukta gaya hun aur main un se nafrat karta hun aur we mujhse ukta gaye hain aur mujhse nafrat karte hain aur unse kabhi wafa ki ummeed nahi”

inke elawa aur bhi logon ne hz hussain ra ko koofa walon par aitbaar na karke koofa jaane se aur yazid ke khilaaf koi qadam uthaane se roka aur is qadam ki khatarnaakiyon se aagaah kiya jaise, hz abu waqid laisi ra, hz jabir bin abdullah ra, hz saeed bin musayyab, abu salama bin abdurrahman, hz miswar bin makhrama, hz umar binte abdurrahman, hz bakar bin Abdurrahman ra, hz abdullah bin muti ra,aur hz abdullah bin zafar etc, yahan tak ki governor makka hz amr bin saeed ne bhi unhe koofa jaane se roka aur makke hi me rahne par zor dene ke elawa unki hifazat ki zamanat di aur unse husn e sulook ka waayeda kiya, balki khud yazid ne bhi ek khat hz ibne abbas ra ke naam likha aur unhe kaha ki wah hz hussain ra ko apne taiy shuda program se roken, isse musalmano me foot paida hogi”

balki hz abdullah bin zubair ra tak bhi un logon me shaamil hain jinhone hz hussain ra ko iraq jaane se roka aur unhe iraq walon ki be wafaayi yaad dilaayi

rokne aur samjhaane ki ek koshish hz hussain ra ke ek aur qareebi azeez hussain ke chacha zaad aur bahnoi hz abdullah bin zafar ne ek khat likh kar apne do beton ke haath hz hussain ko bheja, usme unhone tahrir kiya

” main allah ka waasta de kar aapko kahta hun ki Aap(raaste hi se ) laut aayen aur mere khat ko dhyan se padhen, mujhe aapke baabat yah andesha hai ki aapne jis taraf rukh kiya hai isme aapki bhi halakat hai aur aapke ghar walon ki bhi, aaj agar aap halaak ho gaye to islam ki roshni bujh jaayegi, isliye ki aap hidayat paye logon ka jhanda aur imaan walon ki ummeedon ki ummeed hain, isliye aap(koofa) jaane me jaldbaazi se kaam na len, main bhi (kuch aur baat cheet ke liye) apne khat ke peeche peeche aapke paas aa raha hun” wassalam

yah khat bhejkar wah khud governor makka hz amr bin saeed ra ke paas gaye aur unse kaha:

” aap hussain ra ke naam ek khat likh den jisme aapki taraf se hifazat ki zamanat, husn e sulook, aur rishton ki tamanna aur apne khat me unke liye kasam poora karne ka yaqeen dilaaya ho, aur unse waapas aane ka mutaalba karen, shayad isse we laut aayen”

governor makka amr bin saeed ne abdullah bin zafar se kaha:

” aap jo chaahe,Likh kar mere paas le aayen main us par mohar laga dunga”

is tarah hz abdullah bin zafar ne hz amr bin saeed ki taraf se apni marzi ke mutabik ek tahrir taiyyar ki aur phir amr bin saeed ke paas laaye, unhone uspar apni muhar laga di, hz abdullah bin zafar ne unse yah guzarish bhi ki ki aap mere saath apni amaan bhi bhejen,

is tarah unhone apna bhai yahya saath bhej diya, ye dono gaye aur raaste me hz hussain ra se mile aur unhe governor ka khat padh kar sunaaya, lekin hz hussain ra ne wapas aane se inkaar kar diya aur kaha:

” maine aap(sws) ko khwaab me dekha hai, unhone mujhe ek kaam karne ka huqm diya hai, jise main har haal me karunga”

hz abdullah bin zafar aur yahya bin saeed ra ne kaha, wah sapna kya hai? Hz hussain (ra) ne kaha:

” main use kisi ke saamne bayan nahi karunga yahan tak ki main apne paalanhaar se ja milun”

HZ HUSSAIN RA KA KOOFA KO JAANA–(PART 3)

Hz hussain ra jab madeene se makka tashrif le gaye to wahan kuch mahine qayaam raha, is dauraan koofa walon ki taraf se aapke paas khat aate rahe jin me unki taraf se aapke haath par bait e khilafat karne aur yazid ke governor ko koofe se nikaal bahar karne ka iraada zahir kiya jaata tha,

koofa walon ke in khaton ne bhi bhale logon ke mashware aur raaye ko nazar andaz karne me aala kirdaar ada kiya aur hz hussain ra ne unko bharose ke qaabil samjha

aur hz hussain ra ne apne chacha zaat bhai hz muslim bin aqeel rh ko koofa bheja taake we malum karen ki wahan ke log yaqeeni taur par wahi kuch chaahte hain jise unhone khaton me kaha hai,

hz muslim bin akeel rh makke se pahle madeena aate hain, aur wahan se we do aadmiyon ko raasta bataane waale ke taur par saath lete hain

raaste me ek aadmi to pyaas ki shakhti aur raaste ki mushkilaat sahan na kar paane se Marr jaata hai, isse hz muslim bin akeel ke iraade me kuch ghabrahat paida hoti hai aur hz hussain ra se guzarish karte hain ki unhe koofa jaane par majboor na karen,

lekin hz hussain ra unki guzarish ko na maankar unhe apna safar jaari rakhne ki taqeed karte hain, baherhaal muslim bin akeel koofa pahunch jaate hain aur wahan ke logon se raabta karke apne mission ko shuru karte hain

udhar yazid ki taraf se muqarrar koofa ke governor hz noman bin bashir ra ko in kaarwahiyon ki khabar hoti hai to wah logon ko khabardaar karte hai ki we is tarah ke kaamon se door rahen aur ameer ul momineen ke huqm maanne ke daayere se nikalne ki koshish na karen.

Lekin unke(hz muslim) khilaaf kanooni kaarwaahi karne se apne ko roke rakha, jisse yazid ke himaaytiyon me shak paida paida huwa ki governor ki is naram policy se baghawat me ijaafa hoga aur ise rokna mumkin nahi hoga

is tarah kuch logon ne iski khabar yazid Ko di ki agar wah is ilaaqe ko badastoor apne control me rakhna chahta hai to iska hal(solution) soche

yazid ne mashware ke baad koofe ka charge bhi obaidullah bin ziyaad ko de diya jo basra ke pahle ki governor tha aur use yahan ke siyasi maamle se shakhti ke saath nipatne ki taqeed ki, ab ibne ziyaad ek saath basra aur koofa dono shahron ka governor ban gaya tha.

Muslim bin aqeel jab koofa aaye to hazaaron logon ne unke haath par hz hussain ra ke liye bait ki aur hz hussain ra ki wahan aamat ke liye apni raaye zaahir ki.

Muslim bin aqeel ne isse yah samjh liya ki yahan fiza hz hussain ra ke liye taiyyar hai aur zameen hamwaar hai ,unhone hz hussain ra ko khat likh diya ki we ye khat milte hi fouran koofe ki liye rawaana ho jaayen, yahan ke log unke mushtaq aur muntazir hain,

hz hussain ra yah khat padh ke makka se koofe k safar par rawana ho jate hain, raaste me kuch aur log bhi safar me shareeq Ho jaate hai, lekin sahaba wa tabieen mese koi aapke saath jaane ko taiyyar na huwa, balki unme se jis jis ko bhi aap ke iraade aur safar ka pata chala, to usne aapko roka aur is iraade aur safar ka bada khatarnaak aur foot daalne waala amal qaraar diya

udhar koofe me jab muslim bin aqeel ki kaarwaahi(action) obaidullah bin ziyad ke kaano me aayi to usne shakht qadam uthaye aur logon ko daraaya dhamkaaya, jiske natije me muslim bin aqeel ke paas jama hone wale log bikhar gaye aur hz hussain ra ka saath dene se mukar gaye aur aakhir kaar muslim bin akeel bhi qatl kar diye gaye, qatl se pahle muslim bin akeel ko yah darr paida huwa ki mera to koofe se zinda bach kar jaana mushkil malum hota hai lekhn hz hussain ra aur unke saathiyon ka kya banega jinhe mera khat mil gaya hoga aur we koofe ke liye rawaana ho gaye honge, unhone ek aadmi ke zimme yah baat ki ki wah kisi tarah hz hussain ra tak mera yah Paighaam pahuncha de ki wah bilkul bhi koofa na aayen, koofa waale jhoote nikle, unhone mujhe bhi dhoka diya, yahan ke haalaat bilkul juda hain jo maine isse pahle likhe they aur khat pahunchne tak shayad main qatl kar diya jaun

jis aadmi ke zimme yah baat thi, usne kisi aur aadmi ke zariye muslim bin akeel ka yah paigaam hz hussain tak pahuncha diya,

yani isi riwayat kh ru se unhone sirf ek hi maang pesh ki aur wah thi, bait ke liye yazid ke paas le jaane ki, uske elawa isme unhone yazid ke liye ” ameer ul momineen” ke alfaz bhi istemal kiya, jiska saaf matlab yah tha ki wah apne pichhle faisle se, (wah jo bhi tha), palat gaye hain,

Aur yazid ko ameer ul momineen tasleem aur unki bait kar lene ke liye wah taiyyar hain.

Hz hussain ra ki aakhiri waqt me apne faisle se palatne me allah taala ki un par khaas rahmat thi jiski wajah se waqt ke khilaaf aur musalmano ke sahmat dhaare se kat kar ek judagaana raasta akhtiyar karne ka jo ilzaam unpar lag sakta tha, us se we bach gaye.

Is palatne aur maang ke baad unse jawab talab karne aur unke saath shakht rawaiyya apnaane ki koi wajah nahi thi, isliye hz umar bin saad ne (unki baat ko tasleem karke) yah maang ibne ziyaad ko likh kar bhej di taaki wah unki manjoori de den,

lekin usne shakht rawaiyya akhtiyar kiya aur kaha ki yah pahle meri bait karen, tab main unhe yazid ke paas jaane ki ijaazat dunga,

hz hussain ra ki tabiyat ne is baat ko pasand nahi kiya aur farmaya:-” aisa kabhi nahi ho sakta”.

is nateeje me wah jung shuru ho gayi jisme hz hussain ra apne bachon aur ansar Samet mazlumana taur par qatl kar diye gaye aur yun ye sab log mazlumiyat ki maut se dochaar ho kar SHAHADAT ke buland darje par pahunch gaye.
📌Yazeed Ibn Mawiya hadhrat Mawiya jo kaatibe wahi the, unke bete hai aur hadhrat Mawiya aur us waqt k sahaba ki manzuri se Yazeed "ameerul mumin" banaye gaye the.
Kisi bhi musalman k liye jayez nahi hain k hum sahaba, tabaayeen ko bura bhala kahe.
Hz Hussain ko koofa k logo ne dhoke se bulaya tha aur Hz Hussain r.a ko unhi logo ne qatl Kia. Unhe Yazeed se  isi liye nahi milne diya gaya taa k unki ye saazish Yazeed ko pata na chale.
Aur un logo ne wo tamam khat b jala dale taake Yazeed un koofiyon pe karwahi na kar sakein.
Ahle Ilm, sahaba aur taabayeen Yazeed ko Hz Hussain ka qatil hargiz nahi maante.
Ye Shia hazraat jhoota propaganda k tehat musalmaano ko iss haqeeqat se mehrum rakhein.
